This week sees the start of the League KO Cup
Weldon Skip Hire Premier Division KO Cup Round One
Brixworth All Saints hosted Roade and were beaten convincingly 3-0.
Goals from Surridge, Alex Deakin, Scott Mills and Alex Beattie saw Harpole Beat local rivals Kislingbury in the odd goal in seven 4-3.
A goal apiece from Simon Howard and Jeff Davies saw Milton into the next round against Kettering Nomads 2-0.
Ravensthorpe LB lost 1-0 to a Paul Currier goal for Heyford Athletic.
Elsewhere Whitefield Norpol and Corby Pegasus fought out a five goal thriller, Craig Cooper and Anthony Kirby scored for the hosts whilst Steve Thain got a brace and Rich Chwaszcza to make the final score 3-2 to Pegasus.

Russell Roofing Division One
KO Cup Round One
Neil Leonard, Sam Savage and Simon Buswell all scored for Bective Wanderers as they beat Medbourne 3-2.
Andy Kyle got the only goal as Corby Phoenix narrowly went through to the next round 1-0 against James King Blisworth meanwhile Harborough Town also narrowly beat Corby Kingfisher Athletic 1-0 with a goal from James Longley.
Spratton went down 2-1 against Stanwick Rovers.
Weldon United in a 1-0 victory over Earls Barton United. Weldon started slowly but were always in control and took the lead after 25 minutes when James Konarczak was pulled down in the box: Daniel Rogers converted with ease.
The second half was a non-event with Weldon looking comfortable and Ian Bell hitting the bar close to the final whistle.
Wootton St George
stormed into the second round with 4 goals from Jason Driver and one from
Michael Ryan as they thrashed Queen Eleanor Great Houghton 5-0.

Keystone Roofing Supplies Division Two KO Cup Round One
Burton United went down 1-0 against Finedon Volta with a goal from Neil Piggott.
Cold Ashby Rovers also edged into the second round 1-0 with a Ben Sharman goal against Clipston.
Gretton made light work of their fixture with Weedon with a goal a piece for Dave Harding, George Johnson and Lee Wildman 3-0.
Punjab United won 3-2 away from home with goals from Paul Hetherington and Andrew Cox (pen) against Kettering Orchard Park, Dan Parker got the goal for the home team.
Ringstead Rangers also went down at home to Wellingborough Ranelagh 3-1, a goal from Chris Abraham, was not enough as Simon Anderson, James Haddon and Jason Crawley scored for Wellingborough.
A brace from James Hudson and a goal each for Perry Nimmo and Charlie Pipe were more than enough to fire Wollaston Victoria into the second round as they beat Wilbarston 5-0.
Division Three KO Cup Round One
Corby Locomotives lost 3-2 at home against West Haddon, Andre Jczuk and McKay got their goals.
Hilmorton took on Corby Danesholme Vikings and lost narrowly, despite a goal from Dean Oldham as Paul Kelly got a brace for the visitors 2-1.
Raunds Academy thrashed Staverton Park Rangers 5-1 with goals from Coales (2), Steve York and Carl Walters, the other goal was an Own Goal.
Karl Guy got two and Gary Rose got the other as Ristee Towers strolled into round two 3-0 against Dainite Sports.
Weavers Old Boys beat Wellingborough Raffertys 3-2, Ricky Thompson got a pair and Michael Davis added a third, elsewhere Wilby went down 3-2 against Wellingborough Old Grammarians, Simon Blee and Craig Kearns scored for Wilby, but goals from Daniel Bendon, Alec Scanlan and Mark Fletcher made the difference.
Division Four KO Cup Round One
Corby Leaf were prolific for the second week running staying in both cup competitions as they beat Wellingborough Rising Sun, Matthew Gilmore got a hat-trick, Sean Finnegan and Jamie Cairns also added goals for the second week in a row and Guiseppe Vaccaro got one too. Martin Lambeth also got a hat-trick for Rising Sun, 6-3. Also in Corby Strip Mills were too strong for their opponents, a Mark Bradley brace and goals from Paul Murray, Shaun Muir and Shatm Lewis saw Northampton Wallace Hind off 5-1.
By far the heaviest defeat of the day in this division occurred at Kettering Park Rovers as they were trounced 10-2 against a rampant Corby Rockingham United, goals came from J McKay (4), Paul Caswell(2), David Clarke(2), David Falconer and William Clarke.
Kettering Weekly Vale United lost 2-1 against Corby Everards, Corby goals came from Rob Chalmers and John Kelly.
Thrapston AFC were beaten by Wellingborough WMC 3-1, with goals from Jason Ivory, Marc Redden and Lee Kovlalik.
Duston Garage (Bosch Service) Reserve Premier Division KO Cup Round One
Bugbrooke St Michaels “A” finished 3-3 with Roade Reserves, thus the dreaded penalty shoot out saw Bugbrooke go through 7-6 after sudden death.
Mark Jansen scored for Corby Pegasus Reserves, but his goal was not enough as they lost 2-1 against Corby Madisons Reserves.
Heyford Athletic Reserves won their derby cup match against Kislingbury Reserves.
Goals from Anthony Payne, Nathan Wood and Rod Anderson, were enough to overcome the effort from Franco Anzelmo, 3-1.
Iaon Williams got a brace as James King Blisworth Reserves beat visiting O N Chenecks “A” 4-0, other goals came from Roger Green and John Ryall, meanwhile
Kettering Nomads Reserves lost against Harpole Reserves 2-1 .
Reserve Division One KO Cup Round One
Harpole “A” took on Stanion United Reserves and despite goals from Dean Mills, Colin Mowbery and Tom Leatherland, they lost 4-3.
A Phil Chapman brace and another from Adam Stanton were the difference as Medbourne Reserves saw off Spratton Reserves 3-2.
Queen Eleanor Great Houghton Reserves made it into the second round with goals from Dale Ansell(2) and Sam Peat as they beat Ringstead Rangers Reserves 3-1, Adam Brice scored for Ringstead.
Reserve Division Two KO Cup Round One
In a close nine goal thriller Crick Athletic Reserves just edged it against Dainite Sports Reserves winning 5-4. Aaron Coleman and G Toziak got the away goals.

Sam Smiths` goal
Islip United Reserves went down 1-2 in extra time to Weldon United ‘A’ Weldon started the game well and took the lead inside the first minute after good work by Tom Galway who turned the Islip defence inside-out before squaring to Sean Fraser for a simple tap-in. Weldon continued the pressure but could not find another goal. Islip hit back through a goalkeeping howler by the Weldon keeper who had not had a touch in the first half until picking the ball out of the net.
The second half was much of the same but Weldon could not take their chances, leading the game into extra time.
After tactical changes by Weldon, they finally got their winner in the first half of extra time after good play: Scott Corr muscled the defence and rifled in the winner from the edge of the box. Islip kept punting the ball forward through their large number four, but it was all in vane.
Weedon Reserves were in a rampant mood as they scored freely against Wilby Reserves, a goal from Steve MacDonald, was a mere consolation for the visitors as Matt Farrel got two Rob Punch scored one of two hat-tricks, David Moss and Stuart Stockley also scored, the other hat-trick came from Adam Sargisson to which he added a brace, 12-1, Wellingborough Old Grammarians Reserves were also on the wrong end of a heavy defeat as they went down 5-0 against Kettering Orchard Park Reserves.
LEAGUE GAMES
WELDON SKIP HIRE PREMIER DIVISION
Corby Madisons were grateful for an own goal as they shared the points with Stanion United, 1-1, the away goal came from Daniel O`Sullivan.
RUSSELL ROOFING DIVISION ONE
Welford Victoria lost 2-1 against Crick Athletic.
KEYSTONE ROOFING SUPPLIES DIVISION TWO
Rushden Corner Flag won 2-1 against visiting Islip United, with goals from Matthew Haynes and Tony Graham.
DIVISION THREE
Great Doddington played out a 4-4 draw with Daventry Drayton Grange, home goals came from Simon Mills, Andrew White, Ben Hall and Brett Greenhalf, the away goals were scored by Jed Brennan, Brian Raisborough, Ben Oliver and David Sedgewick.
DUSTON GARAGE (Bosch Service) RESERVE PREMIER DIVISION
A Young and Pacey Moulton Reserves started well at home against Gretton Reserves. In the early exchanges Moulton had a penalty saved and put one just wide. Indeed it was manager Dave Pacey`s son, Colm Pacey who put them in front on 30 minutes and then doubled the advantage on the stroke of half time, with two well placed powerful headers. Adie Redman increased the advantage on 50 minutes. Anthony Lamond pulled one back for the visitors after Moulton relaxed and were caught ball watching, but this just spurred on the home team who finished strongly and Shane Roberts, Leon Coupe and finally Nick Worley completed the rout, 6-1.

Stuart Last(2), James Read, Jason Sumner and Rhys Elavia all scored as Brixworth All Saints Reserves were put to the sword in a 5-1 away defeat against Finedon Volta Reserves, Brixworths` goal came via an own goal
