Finedon Volta were unable to close the gap on the leaders in this top of the table clash with Punjab United, Pete Jones and Leigh Chapman scored for Finedon, but Andrew Cox almost single-handedly tore the home team apart with four goals Jaspal Sani got the other as Punjab moved back into top spot off the back of their victory 5-2.
Wilbarston were narrowly defeated by Clipston as Simon Polak converted for the home side, a goal a piece for Darryl Burgess and M Oldershaw sealed the game for the visitors 2-1.
